About the role:
The position will support financial management, reporting, and control activities across assigned countries (including Australia and Singapore). The role will also provide direct support to the Finance Manager in ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled management reporting across the region.
This position plays a key role in strengthening financial discipline, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting the scalability of the regional finance operating model.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Management Accounting & Close Support
- Prepare and submit weekly NFI flash reporting
- Support management accounting including month-end close activities, though out the reporting cycles
- Post journals including agency-related postings (e.g. self-bills), accruals, prepayments, and recharges
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations across key accounts (including payroll where required)
- Support intercompany processes, including coordination and approvals with other entities
- Deliver reporting submissions aligned with regional timelines
- Assist in monthly reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
- Work with APAC Finance to ensure alignment of NFI, cost base, and margin reporting
- Support management accounting activities for Singapore and other assigned entities
Support to Finance Manager
- Provide direct support to the Finance Manager across reporting, analysis, and close activities
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reporting cycles
- Support review and resolution of variances and reporting issues
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and control
- Provide ad-hoc support on finance initiatives, system changes, and process enhancements
Who you are:

Experience
- 47 years of experience in management accounting or similar role
- Experience supporting multiple entities or regions preferred
- Prior experience in a shared services / GBS environment is an advantage
