Managed Services Associate I (Fresh Graduate) - GSC (Client Based)

KPMG Managed Services team handles end-to-end accounting, payroll and statutory compliance while working closely with client stakeholders. This role is ideal for individuals excited by automation, data insights, and driving efficiency across finance and HR operations.

Role Details:

• Office Location: Makati City
• Work Setup: Hybrid (2x onsite per week), Dayshift

Job Summary:

• Prepare full sets of accounts, month-end closings, and management reports
• Process payroll, CPF, IRAS submissions and employee life-cycle changes
• Support annual financial statements and audit schedules
• Maintain ledgers accuracy and perform reconciliations
• Liaise with clients on queries, timelines, and deliverables

What You Need To Have:

• Possess a university degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business and Law.
• Proficiency with cloud accounting systems such as XERO and familiarity with payroll platforms.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and sound analytical thinking.
• Effective communicator who manages timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
