Your Role

As a Managed Service Request Specialist, you will:

  • Coordinate and fulfill complex service requests within the telecommunications managed services portfolio.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding request status, timelines, and escalations.
  • Validate request requirements and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before execution.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and take proactive measures to prevent breaches.
  • Liaise with various technical delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Identify opportunities for request automation and process optimization to improve turnaround times.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Proven experience in Service Desk, Request Fulfillment, or Service Management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills.
  • Experience working with ITSM ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Background in Telecommunications or Managed Services environments.
  • Knowledge of service catalog management and workflow design.
