What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing expert payroll guidance and resolving escalations.
- Review and quality-check payroll outputs, reports, and compliance requirements before final submission.
- Coach and support Managed Payroll Associates, sharing best practices and strengthening team capability.
- Partner with internal teams (HR, Finance, and Product) to improve payroll processes, tools, and service delivery.
- Stay ahead of payroll regulations and industry updates, ensuring clients and the team remain compliant and informed.
