Job Description:
- Extract, process, and analyze data on a regular or ad hoc basis to support business
- decision-making
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and recurring reports (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly),
- ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity
- Collaborate closely with business teams to clarify definitions of key metrics and drive
- standardization of data logic
- Develop and maintain automation scripts or tools to improve reporting efficiency
- Monitor data updates, troubleshoot report errors, and ensure data consistency across
- sources
- Conduct basic data analysis to generate actionable insights that support performance
- optimization
- Act as a liaison between business and data/engineering teams to ensure reporting
- requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, account management, operations, logistics, or commercial strategy.
- Strong commercial judgment and experience managing seller, merchant, brand, or partner relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to diagnose issues, track funnels, and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams.
- People management experience is preferred.
- Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or marketplace operations is a strong advantage.
