Job Description

Ensures all store facilities and equipment of the building are in good working conditions at all times.
Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance.
Communicates with supervisory personnel to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance & safety
Respond to tenant and customer needs regarding technical matters.
Attends to lessees complaints or requests on maintenance services.
Supervises closely all contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors.
Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Must be a Registered Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
At least 6 months and up working experience in the related field specializing in building/facility management. Newly licensed are encouraged to apply.
Must have good technical and management skills & deep understanding in mall/retail industry is a plus.
Willing to work on Saturdays and Holidays.
