Description

  • Design and oversee the construction and renovation of mall facilities.
  • Ensure the compliance of all engineering projects with local building codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the mall infrastructure.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and timelines.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduate (01 years)
  • Skills and Competencies: Licensed Engineer
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and in teams, collaborative approach to project management
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with frequent site visits
