Job Summary
The Major Account Executive drives revenue growth by managing and expanding key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and handling the full sales cycle including RFQs. The role serves as the primary customer contact, ensuring strong relationships, issue resolution, and coordination across internal teams to deliver solutions, meet targets, and support long-term customer growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectives
- Analyze and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead customer engagements, including needs analysis, solution design, and value-based discussions
- Develop, present, and negotiate tailored logistics solutions and commercial proposals with key decision-makers.
- Focus on retaining and expanding business with existing clients within the portfolio.
- Exhibits a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness, and empathy, analyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to network across multiple levels of an organization and business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- Must have own car for mobility in a field driven role
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willing to travel extensively (90–100% field-based role)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Excel
- Must be based in the Pampanga or Subic
