Maintenance Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Equipment Maintenance

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machinery and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Ensure smooth operation of mixers, freezers, conveyors, and packaging equipment.

Production Support

• Keep equipment running efficiently to support production.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime.

Refrigeration Systems

• Maintain and repair ammonia and other cooling systems.
• Monitor temperatures to ensure product quality and food safety.

Preventive Maintenance

• Inspect equipment regularly and follow maintenance schedules.

Safety Compliance

• Follow safety protocols and use proper protective gear.
• Report hazards and follow lockout/tagout procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• TESDA or vocational certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical Tech, or Refrigeration.
• Experience in equipment and refrigeration maintenance.
• Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with ammonia systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.
