Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations. Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions. Assists in the design, construction, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of components. Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus. Supports engineering activities.
About the job:
The role involves overseeing the quality and addressing issues related to wafer saw, die attach, and wire bond processes.
Identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions troubleshooting technical concerns using 4M analysis.
Establishing critical process parameters for new devices or customers.
Ensuring smooth equipment operation and compliance with production standards.
Demonstrating attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Consistently maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for all non-machine-related line issues.
Other duties as assigned.
About you:
Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
Five to seven years of experience
Proficient in MS Office
Analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Experience with CAD
High attention to detail
