Maintenance Technician - HVAC

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Maintenance Technician-HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) performs skilled preventive maintenance works, repairs, installation, troubleshooting and modification on a wide variety of mechanical and condition monitoring of all HVAC equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. FORMAL EDUCATION:

Technical school graduate (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Mechanic (RAC Servicing NC II & EIM NC II), or Engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical) graduate.

B. EXPERIENCE: At least two (2) years experience in HVAC (centralized, packaged-type, split-type, and window-type) systems at industrial facilities or buildings
