Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Maintenance Technician (Electronics and Electrical with some Mechanical troubleshooting) based in Guiguinto. The role involves ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and equipment used in the production process. Responsibilities include performing regular equipment maintenance, addressing troubleshooting needs, conducting preventive maintenance to avoid potential breakdowns, and executing repairs promptly. The Maintenance Technician will also collaborate with the operations team to ensure uninterrupted production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong Troubleshooting and Industrial Maintenance skills
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance strategies and practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or related industries is advantageous
