Job Qualifications
Education: Vocational / Associate's Degree or a 2-year Technical Certificate.
- 2 years experience experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Required Skills And Attributes
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols and regulations.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment/components.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and building systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
- Maintain HVAC systems and perform seasonal maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Assist with installation of new equipment and systems.
- Keep maintenance logs and report issues to management.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replacements.
Salary Range: 18,070.00 - 25,000.00
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Shifting)
