Job Qualifications:
Education: Vocational / Associate's Degree or a 2-year Technical Certificate
2 years experience experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Required Skills And Attributes
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Knowledgeable in safety protocols and regulations
Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment/components
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and building systems
Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Respond to emergency repair requests promptly
Maintain HVAC systems and perform seasonal maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
Assist with installation of new equipment and systems
Keep maintenance logs and report issues to management
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs
Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replacements
Salary Range: 18,070.00 - 25,000.00
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Shifting)
