Job Description
Drive maximum machine uptime and minimize unplanned downtime
Lead daily maintenance planning and manpower allocation
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
Supervise complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans
Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs (Downtime %, Breakdown %, PM Compliance)
Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant machine operations
Coordinate closely with Production to align maintenance with operational targets
Prepare and analyze technical and performance reports
