At Axelum Resources Corp., we are looking for experienced and technically skilled Maintenance Engineering Supervisors to lead maintenance activities and ensure the reliability, safety, and efficient operation of our plant facilities, utilities, and equipment.

About the Role

The Maintenance Engineering Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring maintenance activities within the assigned area. The role ensures that equipment, utilities, facilities, and engineering systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, quality requirements, and operational goals.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Lead maintenance personnel and ensure proper execution of daily maintenance activities
• Monitor equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure reliability and operational availability
• Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical solutions for maintenance-related issues
• Develop and monitor maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor maintenance costs, materials, spare parts, and resource requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engineering standards
• Analyze equipment and maintenance data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
• Prepare maintenance reports, technical documentation, and recommendations
• Support engineering projects, equipment improvement, commissioning, and turnover activities
• Lead continuous improvement and reliability initiatives within the assigned area

Areas of Assignment

Electrical Maintenance Supervisor – Utilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities for utility systems and equipment
• Ensure reliability and availability of electrical distribution and utility-related systems
• Lead troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and improvement initiatives
• Monitor energy efficiency and electrical system performance

Building Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise maintenance of plant buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
• Coordinate repair, renovation, and facility improvement activities
• Monitor structural, plumbing, HVAC, and other building-related systems
• Ensure facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with standards

Reliability Maintenance Supervisor

• Lead reliability-centered maintenance and equipment improvement initiatives
• Analyze equipment failures, downtime, and maintenance trends
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, availability, and maintenance efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer
• Relevant experience in plant maintenance, utilities, building/facilities maintenance, reliability engineering, or manufacturing operations
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance planning
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and maintenance documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of maintenance management systems and engineering software is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Medina, Misamis Oriental
