Job Summary
The Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring that all company facilities, equipment, and systems are in good working condition through regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspection of building facilities and equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical works)
- Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from different departments
- Assist in installation and setup of equipment and office fixtures
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of maintenance areas
- Monitor and report major repair issues and recommend solutions
- Keep records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- At least High School or Vocational/Technical graduate (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred)
- With or without experience in maintenance or facilities work
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy
- Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Willing to render overtime and respond to urgent repairs if needed
