Role Description The Maintenance Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bocaue. This role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, carrying out repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules. The Maintenance Specialist coordinates with internal teams and external service providers as needed, maintains accurate maintenance records, and follows safety and compliance standards. The role may also involve responding to urgent maintenance requests and supporting continuous improvement initiatives for facility reliability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure proper functioning of facility and operational assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance to plan, schedule, and execute regular upkeep activities.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and basic tools, with the ability to read and follow technical manuals or schematics.
- Experience in a maintenance, facilities, or technical role, preferably in an industrial or commercial environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Bocaue, manage multiple tasks, and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Strong attention to safety, adherence to company policies, and capability to maintain detailed maintenance records.
- High school diploma or vocational/technical certification in a related field; additional training in facilities or equipment maintenance is an advantage.
