Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for a Maintenance Reminder Staff. The role involves scheduling and coordinating preventive maintenance appointments, maintaining accurate client records, and managing customer follow-ups related to vehicle servicing. Other responsibilities include assisting in providing service-related information to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Good organization and time management skills for scheduling and coordinating tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to maintain excellent customer relationships
• Proficiency in using basic computing tools for record-keeping and scheduling
• Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in communication or equivalent is required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus (fresh graduates is welcome to apply)
