Knowledgeable of MS Project/Primavera Software Operation
Knowledgeable in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Preferably has more than 2-3 years experience in either of the following: maintenance planning of Power and Electronics (Power Distribution, Laboratory and Repairs, Signaling and Telecoms) related activities, materials management, and quality assurance.
Preferably has more than 2-3 years experience in the railway industry.
RESPONBILITIES:
Ensure link, interface, and coordination with the Power and Electronics Maintenance Sections, namely PDS, LRS, and STS, and with other relevant Offices/Sections/Division/Department in LRMC such as; Infrastructure, RSK, Procurement, and HSEQ.
Optimize the use of the automated Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) for Power and Electronics (Power Distribution, Laboratory and Repairs, Signaling and Telecoms).
Provide day to day technical support for the maintenance teams of Power and Electronics (Power Distribution, Laboratory and Repairs, Signaling and Telecoms).
Plans and prepares maintenance work packs.
Ensure availability of materials and spare parts in accordance with planned Power and Electronics (Power Distribution, Laboratory and Repairs, Signaling and Telecoms) maintenance activities.
Review maintenance processes, recommend improvement in terms of safety, quality, reliability, methodology/process, optimization of resources and efficiency at work.
Assist in writing/improving the maintenance procedures and work instructions.
