Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Person who will be responsible for the general maintenance, inspection, and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair work for facilities and equipment
- Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Inspect building systems and identify potential issues
- Perform painting, repairs, and facility upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workplace
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be a College Graduate
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or facility-related work
- Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry is an advantage
- Responsible and hardworking
- Able to perform various maintenance tasks
