Maintenance Outage Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Outage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring full outage readiness, execution, and closeout by coordinating scope, resources, materials, contracts, safety, and schedules in strict adherence to the AP Gen Outage Management Guideline. The role ensures that all technical and support requirements are validated to achieve a safe, efficient, and on-time outage, meeting defined Outage Readiness Indicators (ORI) and Outage Execution Indicators (OEI) targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• At least three (3) year experience in Coal Power Plants
• Leadership Experience: At least one (1) year leadership role
