Maintenance Manager

Are you a strategic engineering leader with deep expertise in heavy continuous process manufacturing, heavy rotating equipment, and plant reliability

We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Manager to lead our site maintenance department. In this role, you will drive plant availability, optimize asset reliability, oversee CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and build a high-performing engineering team within a continuous manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall direction for Mechanical, Electrical, and Preventive Maintenance departments to align with long-term operational targets.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize equipment availability, establish baseline KPIs, and minimize unscheduled downtime.
• Direct major plant overhauls, critical-path maintenance projects, and equipment replacement strategies.
• Manage department OPEX and CAPEX budgets, optimizing spare parts inventory and driving cost-reduction efforts to support EBITDA goals.
• Oversee work order execution systems and ensure data accuracy across production management and automation diagnostic platforms.
• Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, and Process units to optimize operations and support sustainable energy initiatives.
• Build a high-performing team through targeted development, performance management, and strict compliance with EHS and environmental standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing or continuous-process industrial operations.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial maintenance leadership role.
• Proven expertise in preventive/predictive maintenance frameworks, budget management, and operational improvement.
• Strong financial acumen in managing large plant operating budgets, spare parts planning, and equipment replacement evaluations.
