Maintenance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Oversee the implementation of the plant's existing maintenance program. Responsible for the management and supervision of the subordinates in the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs and systems. Ensure all machineries are in tip-top condition for a trouble-fee uninterrupted operation. Assists and supports the Production Manager or his immediate superior towards the achievement of the unit, departmental, and corporate goals and objectives through maintaining an effective work group by providing technical assistance, training, development, and motivating subordinates to boost their technical competence and commitment to their assigned task. Responsible for the keen monitoring of machine performance and proactive planning of the necessary resources to continuously support the requirement of a trouble-free operation.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Qualification: Proven track record of strong leadership and management skills

• Academic: Engineering graduate (ME, CHE, EE, ECE). Preferably with gov't PRC License.

• Work Experience: At least 2 years in plastic injection machineries in managerial position
