Job Description
The Lead Maintenance Technician will be assigned to KB Space Holdings, Inc., a land-holding subsidiary of Eagle Cement Corporation that owns prime commercial and residential properties in Mandaluyong City.
Job Qualifications:
- BS Degree Holder in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer is an advantage
- Relevant TESDA Certificates (NCII/NCIII) are preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in building or property maintenance, with 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, elevators, pumps, generators and sewage treatment facilities
- Familiarity with the Philippine Electrical Code, Philippine Mechanical Engineering Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards, and other applicable government regulations
