BS Degree Holder in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer is an advantage
Relevant TESDA Certificates (NCII/NCIII) are preferred
At least 5 years of relevant experience in building or property maintenance, with 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
Strong knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, elevators, pumps, generators and sewage treatment facilities
Familiarity with the Philippine Electrical Code, Philippine Mechanical Engineering Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards, and other applicable government regulations
