JOB SUMMARY:
The Preventive Maintenance Assistant Chief assists in planning, organizing, and supervising preventive maintenance activities to ensure that production machines, equipment, and facilities are operating safely and efficiently. The position helps reduce machine downtime, supports production requirements, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules
- Supervise and monitor the daily work of maintenance technicians
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed on time
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime
- Assist in troubleshooting machine and equipment problems
- Monitor the availability of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Prepare maintenance reports and update maintenance records
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve machine performance and reliability
- Perform other duties assigned by the Preventive Maintenance Chief
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related Engineering cours
- At least 3–5 years of experience in equipment or preventive maintenance in a manufacturing compan
- Supervisory experience is an advantag
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and industrial equipmen
- Familiar with Microsoft Office application
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when require
