Primary Function
- Job holder at this level is responsible in properly, timely implementing and coordinating M&R activities in Retail service stations and TREATS convenience stores under his area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and endorses yearly work programs for M&R of SSE, building & facilities, and signage of Retail service stations and TREATS convenience stores in support of Retail Sales, Allied/Non-Fuel Business, and Lube Trade.
- Implements and monitors status of approved programs.
- Implements requests for installation, replacement, corrective and preventive maintenance, and upgrading of facilities in Retail service stations (including service facilities, and TREATS convenience stores.
- Conducts regular visits to determine M&R requirements of Retail service stations and TREATS convenience stores.
- Conducts regular inspections of on-going M& R projects to ensure that implementation is within the specified scope of work, schedules and company standards and specifications.
- Prepares contractor's appraisal for completed M&R projects
- Monitors proper implementation of Area Preventive Maintenance Contracts for service station dispensing pumps and underground tanks; and preventive maintenance of wastewater treatment facilities in identified service stations; and preventive maintenance activities for TREATS convenience store equipment and facilities
- Conducts semi-annual dealer's survey to evaluate Area Maintenance contractor's performance
- Prepares documents - work order and scope of work, company estimates, standard rates computation, contracts, SSE allocation forms, CEORs, contractors bill & debit notes.
- Prepares and submits inspection reports after field inspections.
- Develops and endorses appropriate scope of work for M&R projects and other special projects that may be assigned by the M&R Area Manager or REND Manager
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar programs/courses
- Must have at least 1 year working of working experience in Maintenance and Repair Engineering role
- Must have a driver's license and can drive 4-wheel vehicle
- Must be amenable to be assigned and relocate anywhere nationwide
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
