Requirements (Non‑negotiable):
- Hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in mainframe development
- Strong knowledge of COBOL, Assembler, JCL, CICS, DB2, and other mainframe tools
- Experience with mainframe systems such as z/OS, IMS, and VSAM
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in Agile development is a plus
- Experience in the banking industry
