Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Magento-based e-commerce websites.
- Ensure the quality and performance of digital platforms align with client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain and optimise existing Magento solutions for performance improvements.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices in Magento development.
- Analyse and resolve technical challenges or bugs in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and updates within the Magento ecosystem.
Must haves:
- Proven experience as a PHP / JavaScript / HTML Developer
- Excellent knowledge of PHP and the Alpine.js/Laravel/Livewire (TALL)
- Proficiency in PHP and experience with PHP frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Symfony, Codelgniter
- Previous experience with test-driven development (PHPUnit, feature tests, etc.)
- Ability to self-manage work using JIRA or equivalent project management tools
- Magento 2
- API development & integration
- Experience of using Git
- Industry professional experience 5-7years
- Strong communication skills
