macOS Engineer (Architect)

Key Responsibilities:

macOS Architecture & Infrastructure:

• Architect and maintain scalable macOS infrastructure aligned with business objectives and security policies.
• Design and implement device management strategies using Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, workflows, and automation processes.

Automation & Tooling:

• Lead automation initiatives using modern scripting languages and tools to optimize macOS management workflows.
• Create macOS imaging and upgrade workflows, ensuring seamless deployment and lifecycle management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver secure, reliable macOS solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide Tier 3 support and technical leadership to Level 1 and Level 2 teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within macOS and Jamf environments.

Technical Leadership & Continuous Improvement:

• Lead technical projects and mentor junior staff.
• Stay current with Apple ecosystem updates, macOS management trends, and emerging enterprise technologies.
