As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various large-format and digital printing machines to ensure high-quality output and efficient production.
- Operate and calibrate large-format printing machines, including Mimaki, Digicut, Laser, and UV Mimaki Machines.
- Set up print jobs, adjust color settings, media type, and cutting specifications for optimal quality.
- Monitor machine performance, ink levels, and material feed to ensure smooth printing operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime and production delays.
- Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, sharpness, and overall quality.
- Follow production schedules and complete print jobs within set deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, machine handling guidelines, and quality control procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and printing equipment.
- Proven experience in operating large-format and digital printing machines (e.g., Mimaki, Digicut, Laser, UV Mimaki).
- Strong knowledge of color management, material handling, and print finishing techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality print outputs.
- Willing to work on-site and follow production schedules.
