Job Overview
We are looking for two (2) skilled Offset Printing Machine Operators to join our production team in Paco, Manila. If you have a keen eye for detail and the technical expertise to maintain high-quality print outputs, we want you! This is a permanent position with steady overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate offset printing machines based on specific job orders.
- Quality Control: Monitor color consistency and resolve defects to ensure premium print quality.
- Technical Maintenance: Perform daily routine checks, lubrication, and parts replacement to minimize machine downtime.
- Documentation: Accurately record production data, including quantity, consumables used, and machine performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Team to ensure artwork specifications are perfectly executed.
Qualifications
- Gender: Male (Due to physical nature of the role).
- Experience: At least 3 years of solid experience as an Offset Printing Operator.
- Skills: Expertise in machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance is required.
- Work Ethics: Highly organized, hardworking, and in good physical health.
- Status: Fully vaccinated and ready for an immediate start.
- Tech Savvy: Computer literacy is a significant advantage.
Work Schedule
MonSat, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (with regular OT until 5:00/6:00 PM).
