Responsibilities
- Operate and manage CTP machines with accuracy and care
- Convert digital artwork into high-quality printing plates
- Inspect files for alignment, resolution, and color consistency
- Maintain CTP equipment and ensure smooth pre-press workflow
- Work closely with pre-press and production teams to meet deadlines
Job Requirements
- Experience in CTP operation or pre-press work (preferred)
- Knowledge of offset printing and RIP software
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality
- Reliable, organized, and able to thrive under pressure
- Willing to work flexible schedules when needed
