Machine Operator

A leading food manufacturing organization is seeking a Machine Operator to support its manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, proper equipment operation, and compliance with established quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute production activities by efficiently utilizing assigned manpower, materials, equipment, tools, and systems.
• Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products to ensure adherence to established specifications.
• Operate and perform basic upkeep of production equipment to support safe, efficient, and consistent operations.
• Conduct routine checks and inspections of equipment throughout the production process and promptly report any issues or abnormalities.
• Perform physical handling of equipment and materials as required by the operation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience operating machinery or production equipment, preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates may be considered, particularly those who completed an OJT or internship involving machine operation, production processes, or equipment handling.
• Background in a manufacturing environment is preferred, particularly in the food manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work in production areas with varying temperature conditions, including hot and cold environments.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and to be permanently assigned in Laguna.
