Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain conventional, DP, and SPS polishing machines to process silicon products with efficiency and quality. Monitor parameters, perform maintenance, inspect output, and address non-conformities to meet quality standards.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent for Mass production. For replacement is Senior High School or Tertiary experience.
- Preferred: Vocational or technical training at least 2 years in manufacturing, machining, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and measurements, along with the ability to read and interpret work instructions or technical documents.
- Skilled in handling delicate materials and operating polishing machines with precision.
- Proficient in machine operations, basic troubleshooting, and running two machines/processes simultaneously.
- Capable of identifying imperfections and ensuring high-quality output.
- Effectively addresses production issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Effectively communicates in both English and Tagalog, verbally and in writing, with supervisors and peers.
