For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related courses.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in handling and supporting M365 collaboration services. (Lvl.3 server-side support in Sharepoint and MS teams background)
• Power shell scripting
• Good hands-on experience with SharePoint online and MS Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Experience with OneDrive, Power BI, Exchange Online.
• Ability to help users adopt new features of M365 applications.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To provide L3 support to Emerson Enterprise customers with the following applications and services, such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Premium, Teams Telephony, and Teams Audio Conferencing.
• To support SharePoint Server, M365, and SharePoint Online.
• To possess knowledge of Exchange Online as well as Exchange 2016/19.
• To be familiar with M365 new features, such as Viva Engage, MS Loop, Copilot, and Viva connections.
• To handle collaboration tools like Cisco WebEx, WebEx App, and Teams.
• To manage Microsoft M365 cloud-hosted mailboxes.
• To provide day-to-day maintenance and operations support to the Unified Communications environment hosted on the cloud as well as on-premises.
