Job Responsibilities

Coordinate M&E service installation on site according to approved coordination drawings to ensure compliance and accuracy
Liaise effectively with consultants to address all matters related to M&E works and facilitate smooth project execution
Participate actively in technical and site meetings to contribute to project planning and issue resolution
Assess and resolve technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and works by collaborating with consultants and subcontractors
Supervise on-site work progress to maintain quality and schedule adherence
Maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
Resolve site installation conflicts promptly to minimize delays and disruptions
Arrange M&E system inspections and clearances with M&E RTO and RE to meet regulatory and project requirements

Required competencies and certifications

Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction-related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within the building construction industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Strong motivation, independence, initiative, and responsibility in managing tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively
