Position Title: M&A Financial Analyst

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Quick Rundown:
The M&A Financial Analyst provides structured support to merger and acquisition initiatives by organizing information, coordinating diligence activities, and preparing clear, executive-ready materials. This role enables senior leadership to make informed decisions by ensuring accuracy, clarity, and execution discipline across M&A projects.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain deal trackers covering targets, status, risks, and next steps
- Manage diligence checklists, timelines, and issue logs
- Coordinate inputs across financial, legal, and operational workstreams
- Consolidate and synthesize information for executive consumption
- Prepare concise summaries, reports, and presentation materials
- Review and summarize historical financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Support EBITDA normalization and variance analysis
- Assist with valuation and scenario inputs (supporting role only)
- Set up and manage virtual data rooms
- Ensure document organization, version control, and data accuracy
What We're Looking For:
- 35 years of experience in transaction support, audit, corporate finance, FP&A, or finance operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream projects
- Comfortable preparing materials for senior or executive audiences
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
