Job Description
Ensures the reliable operation of equipment by managing the lubrication system and performing preventive maintenance and daily routine checks & inspection.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine lubrication and maintenance on mining equipment, Jaw Crusher, Rotating parts, and conveyor systems.
Monitor and record lubrication schedules, fluid levels, and condition of lubricants.
Conduct inspections to identify leaks, wear, and other mechanical issues related to lubrication.
Maintain lubrication equipment(Hydraulic hose, Greasing tools, Grease and Oil Lubricant Inventory, Lubrication system ensuring they are clean and functional.
Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations while handling lubricants and chemicals.
Assist in troubleshooting lubrication-related equipment failures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to supervisors.
Support the training of other team members on lubrication procedures and safety practices.
Skills
Familiarity with mining machinery and maintenance management systems.
Certifications in safety and environmental compliance.
Experience with predictive maintenance techniques.
