We are looking for a Loyalty Program Specialist/Manager who sits at the intersection of product innovation, data, and customer experience, focused on driving customer engagement and retention. You will own the creation and optimization of a rewards ecosystem across our products, collaborating closely with teams in Marketing, Data, Finance, and Product.
What You'll Do:
- Help design and improve the loyalty program and customer reward structure.
- Use data to build and optimize customer journeys and automated triggers for member milestones.
- Increase engagement and reduce churn by curating high-value rewards and benefits.
- Monitor key metrics like retention and engagement rates.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to keep the program competitive.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align strategy with execution for loyalty campaigns.
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years in loyalty programs, customer engagement, or retention roles (experience in finance, ecommerce, retail, or FMCG is a plus).
- Strong data and commercial literacy; ability to translate insights into actions.
- Experience with CRM or loyalty platforms is an advantage.
- Project management skills.
- Understanding of consumer psychology to design meaningful experiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—resourceful, results-driven, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work 4-5 times onsite per week in Ortigas/BGC
- Morning shift
