Role Overview

The Loyalty Officer will own and elevate One World Deli's loyalty program—transforming it from a points-and-discount mechanic into a high-value relationship platform for our most important customers.

Our top loyalty members are high-net-worth individuals who value quality, exclusivity, and personalized service. This role is responsible for acquiring more customers like them, increasing the engagement and spend of existing members, and building loyalty experiences that go beyond discounts—through VIP access, curated rewards, brand partnerships, and data-driven CRM initiatives.

This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of customer experience, marketing, data, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Loyalty Program Ownership

Manage and operate One World Deli's loyalty program, including:

Loyalty card issuance

  • Points accrual and redemption
  • Member tiers, benefits, and eligibility
  • Ensure the program is simple, attractive, and clearly communicated to customers and frontline staff.
  • Monitor and improve member sign-up, activation, redemption, and repeat purchase rates.

Customer Segmentation & CRM

  • Own the loyalty/CRM database and ensure data accuracy and usability.
  • Recommend new features, rules, or mechanics that increase lifetime value, not just discounts.

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Track key loyalty KPIs such as: Active members, Repeat rate, Average spend per member, and Contribution of top-tier customers to total sales.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to management on how to grow loyalty-driven revenue.
  • Regularly review what rewards, campaigns, and VIP initiatives actually drive behavior.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement (Preferably from F&B, grocery, specialty retail, or hospitality).
  • Hands-on experience managing a points-based loyalty program.
  • Experience working with high-value or premium customers is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, POS-linked loyalty platforms, and basic data analysis.
  • Experience working with brand partners, suppliers, or principals is a plus.
  • Strong commercial mindset—understands that loyalty should drive revenue and retention.
