Role Overview
The Loyalty Officer will own and elevate One World Deli's loyalty program—transforming it from a points-and-discount mechanic into a high-value relationship platform for our most important customers.
Our top loyalty members are high-net-worth individuals who value quality, exclusivity, and personalized service. This role is responsible for acquiring more customers like them, increasing the engagement and spend of existing members, and building loyalty experiences that go beyond discounts—through VIP access, curated rewards, brand partnerships, and data-driven CRM initiatives.
This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of customer experience, marketing, data, and sales.

Manage and operate One World Deli's loyalty program, including:
Loyalty card issuance
Customer Segmentation & CRM
Performance Tracking & Insights
