Job Purpose:
The Low-Code Developer will play a key role in accelerating digital transformation by designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using low-code/no-code platforms. The role focuses on solving operational challenges, improving process efficiency, and enabling business teams to innovate rapidly without relying on complex customer development.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deploy low-code applications using platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI or other equivalent tools.
- Create automated workflows that streamline business processes and reduce manual workload.
- Integrate applications with existing enterprise systems (e.g., Sharepoint, SQL, Dynamics, APIs).
- Collaborate with business units to understand pain points and identify opportunities for digital innovation.
- Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
- Challenge existing processes and recommend improvements leveraging automation and low-code capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical approaches.
- Manage end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to testing, deployment and adoption.
- Ensure solutions follow governance, security and compliance standards.
- Maintain and updated existing low-code applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Provide technical support, training and documentation to business users.
- Monitor application performance and implement enhancements as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in low-code development, automation or digital transformation roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms (preferably Microsoft Power Platform)
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL, Dataverse), APIs, connectors, and data modeling
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles for building intuitive applications
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow design
- Willing to be assigned in MOA Square, Pasay City
