LOTO Construction Safety Document Controller - Relocation to Abu Dhabi Required

Monthly Compensation: AED 7,100, approximately USD $1,930

Contract: Two-year fixed-term contract, renewable

Important Relocation Requirement

This is a full-time, site-based role requiring RELOCATION to Abu Dhabi.

The employer will arrange the UAE employment visa and cover the initial flight where required. However, accommodation, local transportation and meals are not provided and must be paid by the employee from the monthly compensation.

Role Overview

The Senior Administrator will support Commissioning and Electrical Safe Systems of Work/LOTO teams by maintaining documentation, permits, registers, trackers, audit records and follow-up actions.

This is an administrative support role and does not include authority to approve isolations, safety decisions or engineering matters.

Key Requirements

• At least two years of experience with safety documentation, permit systems or LOTO administration in a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong document-control and record-management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Aconex and Zutec.
• Understanding of permit-management processes, LOTO systems and site-safety procedures.
• Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Computers, Engineering, Safety or a related field.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work fully on-site.

Employment Conditions

• Monday through Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• 24 working days of annual leave.
• 180-calendar-day probation period.
• 30-calendar-day notice period.
• Medical and life insurance provided.
• Overtime is not applicable.

Candidates without strong communication skills, relevant site-safety knowledge or an understanding of LOTO systems will not be considered.
