Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in dispatch, trucking, freight brokerage, track-and-trace, or transportation operations
Experience working directly with drivers, carriers, or transportation providers
Proven experience in shipment tracking, dispatching, or transportation scheduling
Background in supporting US-based transportation or trucking operations is highly preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple shipments and deadlines
