What Success Looks Like in This Role
In Your First 30–60 Days, You Will
Confidently handle customer interactions related to telco technical concerns with accuracy and professionalism
Navigate systems and troubleshooting tools efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
Demonstrate strong communication and technical problem-solving skills
Consistently meet quality and productivity benchmarks set by the team
By 90 Days, You Will
Independently manage technical customer concerns with minimal supervision
Maintain strong performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, QA scores)
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers regarding telco services and devices
Assist customers with troubleshooting connectivity, network, and system-related concerns
Use available tools and resources to investigate and resolve technical issues effectively
Communicate clearly and professionally across all customer touchpoints
Stay updated with process changes and technical support procedures
What We're Looking For
At least 6 months of technical support or IT-related background
Senior High School Graduate
Graduate of IT, Computer, Networking, or other tech-related courses
B2 English communication level
Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City
Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills
