Looking for a VSL video editor

About the Company

Nainley is hiring a full-time VSL Video Editor. We're a US baby-care brand creating performance-driven VSLs. This role is for editors who understand attention, pacing, and conversionnot just visuals.

About the Role

This role involves editing high-converting VSLs (37 minutes) and related ad assets, creating scroll-stopping hooks in the first 3 seconds, and applying direct-response editing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-converting VSLs (37 minutes) and related ad assets
• Create scroll-stopping hooks in the first 3 seconds
• Apply direct-response editing (curiosity, open loops, pacing)
• Work closely with our marketing team to refine structure and flow

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing VSLs / direct-response ads (must show work)

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of marketing psychology & storytelling
• Proficient in Premiere Pro
• Can execute hooks, captions, text animations, and CTAs

Preferred Skills

• After effects
• VFX Creation
• 2D/3D animation

Pay range and compensation package

$2,000/month

Unlimited bonuses:

$100 for each winning VSL

$50 for each winning lead
