Logistics Technical Trainer (Forklift)

The Technical Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs that enhance employee capability, operational efficiency, and compliance across logistics and warehouse operations. This role will facilitate engaging learning sessions covering areas such as forklift operation, driving, warehouse processes, inventory management, and other operational competencies while ensuring alignment with industry standards and company requirements. The Technical Trainer will assess training needs, create effective learning materials based on adult learning principles, leverage digital learning technologies, and utilize training data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Working closely with business leaders and operational teams, the role requires strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills to implement high-quality learning initiatives that support organizational goals, promote safety and compliance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
