Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or supervisory roles
- Experience in retail, distribution, or e-commerce operations is preferred
- Knowledgeable in shipment coordination and inventory processes
- Familiar with logistics systems and operational documentation
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise logistics personnel and daily dispatch operations
- Coordinate delivery schedules and shipment tracking
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of stocks and materials
- Monitor inventory levels and logistics documentation
- Resolve delivery and operational issues efficiently
- Maintain operational productivity and compliance standards
- Conduct team coaching and performance monitoring
